2 Dunbar (9-0) -- Last week's ranking: 2. Reggie Boyce ran for 176 yards and three touchdowns on 17 carries to lead the Poets to a 26-6 victory over Lake Clifton on Friday. Dunbar was attempting to notch its seventh consecutive shutout, which would have tied the state record. Next game: Saturday vs. No. 12 Aberdeen at Morgan State in a Class 2A quarterfinal.

3 Poly (9-1) -- Last week's ranking: 3. Jackie Wise's 12-yard touchdown pass to Martin Prosper with 38 seconds remaining lifted the Engineers to a 7-6 win over City in the 106th meeting of the teams on Saturday. Randall Beaman ran for 100 yards on 15 carries. Next game: Saturday vs. Wheaton in a Class 3A quarterfinal game.

4 Mount St. Joseph (8-1) -- Last week's ranking: 4. Season over.

5 City (8-2) -- Last week's ranking: 5. The Knights lost to Poly, 7-6, on Saturday. Damian Beane and Taber Small combined for 218 yards rushing. Next game: Season over.

6 Gilman (6-2) -- Last week's ranking: 6. Season over.

7 North County (8-2) -- Last week's ranking: 7. Topper Ellis rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Knights to a 34-16 victory over Broadneck on Friday. Earl Sewell threw two touchdown passes to Chris Mangum. Next game: Saturday vs.

Arundel in a Class 4A quarterfinal.

8 McDonogh (6-3) -- Last week's ranking: 8. Season over.

9 C. Milton Wright (9-1) -- Last week's ranking: 9. Todd Behler rushed for 173 yards and four touchdowns as the Mustangs defeated Fallston, 28-7, on Friday. Richie Jergensen added 72 yards rushing for the Mustangs. Next game: Friday vs. No. 15 Franklin at Catonsville Community College in a Class 3A quarterfinal.

10 Loyola (5-3) -- Last week's ranking: 10. The Dons ended a two-game losing streak with a 52-6 rout of Cardinal Gibbons on Saturday. Loyola built a 30-0 halftime lead. Next game: Nov. 24 vs. Calvert Hall at Memorial Stadium.

11 Severn (8-1) -- Last week's ranking: 11. Season over.

12 Aberdeen (9-1) -- Last week's ranking: 12. The Eagles secured a berth in the state playoffs by defeating Havre de Grace, 37-20, on Friday. The win also gave Aberdeen a share of the Harford County title. Next game: Saturday vs. No. 2 Dunbar at Morgan State in a Class 2A quarterfinal.

13 Severna Park (8-2) -- Last week's ranking: 13. Mark Frye had 250 all-purpose yards to lead the Falcons to a 33-13 rout of Annapolis on Friday. With the victory, Severna Park clinched its first state playoff appearance since 1990. Next game: Friday at Largo in a Class 4A quarterfinal.

14 Oakland Mills (8-2) -- Last week's ranking: 14. The Scorpions routed Centennial, 48-12, on Saturday to win the Howard County title. Oakland Mills outscored the Eagles, 27-0, in the second half. Next game: Friday at Fort Hill in a Class 2A quarterfinal.

15 Howard (8-2) -- Last week's ranking: 15. The Lions broke a 14-14 tie by scoring 20 consecutive points in a 34-22 victory over Atholton on Saturday. DeLawn Parrish threw three touchdown passes. Next game: Season over.

15 Franklin (10-0) -- Last week's ranking: Unranked. The Indians finished unbeaten in the regular season after defeating Overlea, 24-6, on Saturday. Next game: Friday vs. No. 9 C. Milton Wright at Catonsville Community College in a Class 3A quarterfinal.
