Weren't foreign to him after all.

Before Candidates come to bat

Wherever the old poll game's at,

Some pundits can't wait

For their toss to the plate

To throw out the first Democrat.

With his unconfessed '96 yen,

Jim Baker's campaigning again

But he's off course today

When down in VA

His compass keep pointing to N.

Seems Washington's rarest ability

Is not losing one's credibility;

When of that you're bereft,

The move you have left

Is a trip to skip town with agility.
