Harrisburg Heat (NPSL) -- Signed M Chris George and D Billy Reinhardt to one-year contracts. Acquired the rights to G Ken McDaniel and D Manny Oudin from the Cleveland Crunch for future considerations and signed both players to one-year contracts.
