Man killed in Balto. Co. car wreck

October 17, 1994

MIDDLE RIVER -- A 37-year-old area resident was killed late last night when his 1988 Ford Tempo crashed onto the top of another vehicle parked on the lot of an Eastern Boulevard restaurant, police said.

Eastern Traffic Officer William Koenig said Michael McCall, of the 3600 block of Dahlia Lane, was eastbound in the 2900 block of Eastern Blvd. at 10:30 p.m. when his car left the roadway, crossed over the front lawn of a house, became airborne and crashed through a fence before coming to rest on top of an unoccupied 1975 Porsche owned by Celena Myrick, 23, an employee of Crab Quarters restaurant.

The woman was working at the time.

Officer Koenig said Mr. McCall was pronounced dead at the scene and that the cause of the accident remained under investigation.
