BALTIMORE CITY

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A 51-year-old resident of the ** 3100 block of Greenmount Ave. was in the 2200 block of Maryland Ave. Thursday when a man asked him for the time. Before the victim could respond, the man ripped the watch from his wrist and fled. The watch was valued at $300.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A deliveryman for Papa John's Pizza in the 300 block of E. 33rd St. was in the 3200 block of Guilford Ave. Thursday when two men robbed him of $70 and his 1988 Nissan with tags YDB 862.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- When a resident of the 700 block of E. 41st St. answered his door Thursday night, he was assaulted by a man and woman and robbed of $100.

* STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1987 Nissan 300ZX with tags 418 AWD was stolen from the 5900 block of Cross Country Blvd. Thursday.

* BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Property valued at more than $1,000 was stolen from a house in the 5500 block of Bosworth Ave. Thursday by someone who entered through a second-floor window.

* SHOOTING: Western District -- A resident of the first block of N. Arlington Ave. was in the 2000 block of Edmondson Ave. Thursday when a man shot him in the shoulder and leg. The victim was treated at St. Agnes Hospital.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a 29-year-old resident of the 2200 block of Booth St. of his beeper and $7 in the 2300 block of W. Baltimore St. Thursday.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* STOLEN CAR: Parkville Precinct -- A 1989 Acura with tags TZF 293 was stolen from the 8800 block of Waltham Woods Road Thursday.

* BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- After hiding inside Aunt Mary's Yarn & Crafts in the 900 block of Taylor Ave. until closing time Wednesday, someone stole an undisclosed sum of money before fleeing.

* BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- Someone entered two office suites in a building in the 100 block of West Road Thursday and stole computer equipment of unknown value.
