The Presidency

October 14, 1994

Baltimore will be host to many of the nation's leading presidential scholars this weekend at a conference also to be attended by selected area high school students. In what promises to be a remarkable three-day symposium at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, the Center for the Study of the Presidency will mark its 25th anniversary with lectures and panels on the White House as an institution with enduring policy concerns. The sessions will be chaired by R. Gordon Hoxie, who founded the center in 1969 at the urging of two famous brothers, Dwight and Milton Eisenhower.
