BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A compact disc player valued at $250 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 3800 block of Raymonn Ave.

THEFT: Northern District -- A golf bag and nearly a dozen golf clubs, all valued at nearly $1,400, were stolen Tuesday from a car parked inside a garage in the 6000 block of Bellona Ave.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- A TV set, VCR and clothing, all valued at nearly $1,900, were stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the 5800 block of The Alameda. The thief apparently used a key to enter the apartment.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A man with a knife robbed a Pizz-a-Boli deliveryman of $80 in the 2400 block of Loyola Southway on Tuesday.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man of $7, a pager and a beeper in the 3700 block of W. Cold Spring Lane on Tuesday.

THEFT/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a 25-year-old man who they say attempted to leave the Farm Fresh store in the 1400 block of N. Monroe St. on Tuesday without paying for spices valued at more than $14. The resident of the 1100 block of N. Fulton Ave. was being held at the station pending charges and a bail hearing.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A 32-year-old resident of the 300 block of Mount Olivet Lane was in the 2700 block of Frederick Ave. on Tuesday night when a man snatched $50 from her grasp.

STOLEN CAR: Southwestern District -- A gray 1990 Nissan 300ZX with tags BVB 775 was stolen Tuesday from the 400 block of S. Bentalou St.

ROBBERY: North Point Precinct -- A 22-year-old man was riding his bike on Merritt Boulevard near the Baltimore Beltway on Tuesday when he was stopped by a man who asked him for a quarter. When the cyclist reached into his pocket, the man pulled out a handgun and robbed the victim of his mountain bike, valued at $100, and then rode away.

STOLEN CAR TRY: Towson Precinct -- When a resident of the 1300 block of Glendale Road looked out her window Tuesday morning and saw a man trying to steal her 1989 Acura Legend, she yelled at him to stop. The man ran.
