* SHOOTING: Southern District -- A woman was shot in the leg Tuesday night in the 800 block of Jack St. during an argument over money. The victim was taken to Harbor Hospital Center, where she was listed in good condition. A suspect was being sought.

* BURGLARY/ARRESTS: Northern District -- Two men were arrested Tuesday as they attempted to leave a house in the 500 block of E. 27th St. with a refrigerator. Charged with burglary were Michael Johnson, 35, of the 1600 block of N. Spring St., and Eldred Battle, 39, of the 1800 block of N. Collington Ave.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2900 block of N. Charles St. through a rear door Tuesday and stole a telephone, answering machine, TV, jewelry and a VCR, all valued at more than $1,000.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A 21-year-old resident of the 600 block of Gorsuch Ave. was in the 500 block of E. 32nd St. Tuesday when she was robbed of $10 by a gunman and his female accomplice.

* CUTTING: Northern District -- Police were seeking a 69-year-old North Carolina woman in connection with the cutting of her sister-in-law during an argument in the victim's home in the 700 block of E. Cold Spring Lane Tuesday. The 64-year-old victim was treated at Union Memorial Hospital for a laceration of the left arm and released.

* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Two men were in the 6700 block of Reisterstown Road Tuesday when a gunman robbed them of cash and property, all valued at nearly $70.

* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 2400 block of W. Cold Spring Lane was in the 4400 block of Park Heights Ave. Monday when he was assaulted by a man who robbed him of $12.


* ROBBERY/ARREST: White Marsh Precinct -- An East Baltimore man was arrested Tuesday and charged with robbing Duke's Motel in the 7900 block of Pulaski Highway and assaulting and robbing a female night clerk. The woman was found inside a bathroom as the suspect was attempting to leave. The suspect also allegedly assaulted a nurse at Franklin Square Hospital, where he was sent for treatment. Charged was Odell Ashford, 32, of the 2300 block of Jefferson St.
