1. Landmark Homes has opened a model of the Ashley Presidential, one of 10 houses the firm is building on 2-acre lots at Edwards Manor in Forrest Hill in Harford County. Eighteen homes will be built in the first section.

The Ashley Presidential is a brick-front Colonial with 3,200 square feet of living space and a starting price of $290,900. Like all homes in Edwards Manor, it will have a side-entry, two-car garage, unfinished basement and gas heat.

The first floor includes a 19-by-15-foot kitchen/breakfast area, 20-by-13-foot sunken family room, 17-by-13-foot living room, 12-by-13-foot dining room, laundry/mud room and powder room.

On the second floor, the master suite has a 17-by-17-foot bedroom, 10-by-12-foot sitting room, morning room, his-and-her walk-in closets and a bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanities and a toilet with privacy door.

With 2,050 square feet and a base price of $236,900, the Douglas William is the smallest and least-expensive home Landmark is building at Edwards Manor. The house has four bedrooms and a master bath with a soaking tub, separate and dual vanities. The first floor includes a family room.

The Chase Alexander is the largest house offered here. It is a 3,322-square-foot house with a beginning price of $296,000. The master suite has sitting and morning rooms.

The sales center is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon until 6 p.m. Sundays. Take I-95 North to Exit 77-B. Go about five miles to a north on the Bel Air Bypass to a left on U.S. 1 (Conowingo Road) to a left on Jarrettsville Road and go two miles to the community on the right.

The largest model is the 1,359-square-foot Springhouse, which has a base price of $114,990. It has an 18-by-12-foot living room, 11-by-9-foot dining room, 15-by-11-master bedroom, two full baths, two additional bedrooms, a laundry room off the foyer and a balcony or patio.

The Brookhollow costs $89,990 for 981 square feet. It has two bedrooms, living and dining rooms, kitchen with breakfast bar and a full bath with a laundry area.

The models are open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Take I-95 south to Route 175 west (Exit 41 B) to a right on Dobbin Road to sales center on the right.
