Man, 46, charged in Crofton stabbing

A Saturday afternoon argument between two men in Crofton ended with one stabbed in the right arm and the other arrested on various charges, county police said.

Cornelius Arthur Suesbury Jr., 23, of the 5900 block of Shoshone Drive, Oxon Hill, refused treatment for the 8-inch stab wound on his arm. Tyrone Terah Watson, 46, of the 1200 block of Defense Highway was charged with assault with intent to murder, assault with intent to maim and battery, police said.

Shortly before 2 p.m., Mr. Suesbury called police and told officers he and another man had argued in the 1200 block of Defense Highway and that a man had stabbed him. Officers went to the address and arrested Mr. Watson.
