ASSAULT: Northern District -- A 29-year-old resident of the 1400 block of Morling Ave. was arguing with another man inside a tavern in the 1000 block of W. 36th St. Wednesday evening when he was struck in the mouth. The blow caused the loss of two teeth. The assailant fled the scene.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a garage in the 300 block of Woodlawn Ave. through an unlocked door Wednesday and stole a 16-inch 12-speed bike valued at $500.

THEFT: Northern District -- Tools and electronic equipment, all valued at more than $8,000 were stolen Wednesday from a utility truck owned by Bell Atlantic of Maryland while the vehicle was parked in the 3400 block of Greenmount Ave. in Waverly.

BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- Someone entered a garage in the 7800 block of Ellenham Ave. Tuesday or Wednesday and stole a gray 1990 Lexus with tags 809 AMX.

HARFORD COUNTY

BURGLARY/SEX ASSAULT: Edgewood -- A man entered a townhouse on Clover Valley Way at Woodbridge Center Tuesday morning after cutting a window screen and entered a bedroom as the female occupant was sleeping. When the woman awoke, the man sexually assaulted her and fled. Police said the man wore a black stocking mask and that no property was reported stolen.
