Osceola Edmondson to give workshop

Osceola "Ozzie" Edmondson, president of Common Sense Consulting of Columbia, will present a workshop titled "Valuing Diversity: The Critical Component in Creating High Performance Work Teams" as part of an all-day managing diversity symposium 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at Dundalk Community.

He has conducted similar presentations for Bell Atlantic and other Fortune 500 companies.

Edward Gascon has been named director of business systems and development, field services and new markets for AlliedSignal Technical Services in Columbia.

He has been deputy program manager since last year for the space operations contract, Houston, Tex., operations.

Mary Elizabeth Russell named vice president

Wynstone, LLC in Columbia has appointed Mary Elizabeth "Betsie" Russell to vice president of land acquisition.
