Detroit Tigers -- Ended their working agreement with the Trenton Thunder of the Eastern League.

St. Louis Cardinals -- Renewed their working agreements with Louisville of the American Association, St. Petersburg of the Florida State League, Savannah of the South Atlantic League and New Jersey of the New York-Penn League.

San Diego Padres -- Announced the cancellation of their working agreement with Wichita Wranglers of the Texas League.

Toronto Blue Jays -- Signed SS Andrew Thompson.
