Riverside will include up to 3,000 residential units, 4 million square feet of industrial space, a shopping center, elementary school, nursing home and hundreds of acres dedicated to open space.

Before joining BLC, Mr. Dixon was with Harborview Properties Development Co., working as project manager on the $600 million Baltimore development.

Dr. Dorothy Talbert Hersi was appointed Harford Community College's director of academic support.

She is responsible for the college's developmental education program, learning assistance programs and services to disabled and academically disadvantaged students.
