BALTIMORE CITY

* THEFT: Northern District -- A gas-operated grill and its accessories, all valued at more than $700, were stolen over the weekend from the rear porch of a house in the 4200 block of Charlcote Road.

* THEFT/ARRESTS: Northern District -- Police arrested two women who attempted to leave the Giant food market in the 700 block of W. 40th St. Monday without paying for toilet articles valued at more than $20.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- A TV set and more than $300 was stolen from a house in the 3500 block of Greenmount Ave. Monday.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone gained entry with a key and stole a 27-inch TV set valued at $300 from a house in the 1000 block of Cloverdale Road between Aug. 16 and Monday..

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Tools valued at more than $700 were stolen from a house in the 1200 block of Morling Ave. over the weekend.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- A 13-inch TV set, a jar containing quarters and a pair of field glasses, all valued at more than $300, were stolen Monday from an apartment in the 2800 block of Virginia Ave.

* THEFT: Northern District -- A briefcase, telephone and watch, all valued at nearly $600, were stolen from a 1988 Volvo parked in the 5700 block of Newbury St. between Sunday and Monday.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered an enclosed porch in the 3200 block of Elmora Ave. Sunday by cutting the screen and stole a 10-speed bike valued at more than $200.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A 10-speed bike valued at $200 was stolen Sunday from a garage in the 4000 block of The Alameda.

* THEFT: Western District -- Someone entered a vehicle parked in the 1600 block of Frederick Ave. Sunday and stole diapers and tools, all worth $80.

* THEFT/ARREST: Western District -- A man attempted to leave the Farm Fresh store in the 2300 block of Liberty Heights Ave. Monday without paying for several packages of a drink mix and was arrested.
