* STOLEN CAR/ARREST: Northwestern District -- Police arrested an 11-year-old boy after he was found inside a stolen 1992 Plymouth in the 2900 block of Springhill Ave. over the weekend. The car was stolen from the 4000 block of Forest Park Ave. a short time earlier. The car caught the attention of a police officer who noticed one of its windows broken. The car's ignition also had been tampered with. Police said the youth was released into the custody of his parents pending action by juvenile authorities.

* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 4100 block of Pimlico Road was in the 2900 block of Violet Ave. Sunday when a gunman struck him with the weapon and robbed him of $5. The victim was taken to Sinai Hospital and treated for a minor injury.

* ASSAULT: Northwestern District -- Police were seeking the occupants of a car who shot a 40-year-old resident of the 200 block of Hollen Road while the victim was driving in the 2700 block of Reisterstown Road Sunday. The victim told police he felt a sharp pain in his left shoulder and then felt blood coming from his left ear as the suspects' car drove past him. Two other bullets struck the car. The victim was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center for treatment.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 1900 block of Bloomingdale Road was in the 2100 block of Crimea Road Monday when two men, one with a small-caliber handgun, robbed him of more than $150.

* THEFT: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who entered his former wife's home in the 100 block of Tremont St. Monday and stole a telephone, jewelry and wedding photos.


* THEFT: North Point Precinct -- A mountain bike valued at nearly $400 was stolen from the front porch of a house in the 3300 block of Walford Drive over the weekend.

* STOLEN CAR: Cockeysville Precinct -- A navy blue 1992 Honda with Maryland tags PNS 723 and valued at $16,000 was stolen from a parking lot in the 11300 block of McCormick Road Monday.

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- Someone entered Eastern Facility Maintenance Inc. in the 9500 block of Deereco Road Sunday or Monday and stole a fax phone, radio, battery charger, pager, microwave oven and a word processor, all valued at more than $1,500.

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- A riding lawn mower and a weed cutter, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a garage in the 400 block of E. Timonium Road between Saturday and Monday.

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- Someone broke into Insul-Temp and Airco Inc. in the 2300 block of York Road between Friday and Monday and stole three calculators, an AM-FM radio and a telephone answering machine, valued at nearly $500.
