1. PCS Homes is building models at Columbia Park in Columbia, Howard County, where the firm is offering three-level, back-to-back condominium townhomes and three-story garage townhomes.

All three levels of the back-to-back Jefferson condominium townhouses are above ground. The 1,680-square-foot homes have no basements or back yards. The starting price is $119,800.

The first floor has a living/dining room combination, L-shaped kitchen and powder room.

The Chase Alexander has a starting price of $333,900. A wood-burning fireplace comes in the 15-by-21-foot two-story family room. The first floor also has a 22-by-15-foot kitchen, 12-by-12-foot dining room, 12-by-15-foot living room, 12-by-11-foot library, two-story entry foyer, powder room and laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a 20-by-23-foot bedroom, morning room, his-and-her walk-in closets and bath with a soaking tub, dual vanities, separate shower and toilet with privacy door. Three more bedrooms and a full hall bath complete the second floor.
