BALTIMORE CITY

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- An electric outboard motor and a battery, all valued at more than $180, were stolen from a house in the 2500 block of Glencoe Road between July 26 and Monday.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Four wrought iron chairs and their cushions, all valued at more than $500, were stolen from the front porch of a house in the 3100 block of White Ave. Monday.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- A double stroller and a chair, all valued at nearly $200, were stolen from the front porch of a house in the 3100 block of Chesley Ave. between Sunday and Monday.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- A 20-inch bike valued at nearly $150 was stolen from the back yard of a house in the 3000 block of Pinewood Ave. Monday.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Two coin-operated pay phones worth a total of $4,000 were stolen from different locations Monday. One was stolen from the 3600 block of Belair Road and the other from the 2700 block of Harford Road. It was not known if the incidents were related.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Someone stole $300 from a secured place at the Ron Thomas School of Cosmetology in the 5600 block of Bowleys Lane between July 26 and Monday.

* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A gunman robbed West Indian Foods in the 5100 block of Liberty Heights Ave. Monday of less than $100.

* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 3100 block of Oakfield Road was near his home Monday when two men robbed him of more than $100.

* STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A four-door 1994 Dodge Spirit with Maryland tags VWM 414 was stolen from the 2700 block of Taney Road Monday.

* THEFT: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a car parked in the 3000 block of Milford Ave. Monday and stole property valued at more than $300.

* THEFT: Northern District -- Two men entered a house in the 600 block of E. 30th St. over the weekend and stole $1,200 and a .38-caliber semiautomatic handgun.

* ASSAULT: Northern District -- A 40-year-old woman motorist was arrested yesterday morning and charged with attempting to run down city police Officer Chris Seletzky in the 3100 block of Sumter Ave. The officer had attempted to stop the van to question the driver about a reported abduction when the incident occurred.

* SHOOTING: Northern District -- A gunman fired into a crowd of people Monday night in the 5600 block of Lothian Road, wounding a 15-year-old boy in the left buttock. The boy was listed in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The gunman escaped on foot.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* BURGLARY: White Marsh Precinct -- Someone entered East Coast Contractors in the 7700 block of Fitch Ave. between Sunday and Monday after breaking the glass front door and stole more than $8,000 in tools and money.

* BURGLARY: White Marsh Precinct -- Two chain saws were stolen from a storage trailer owned by Azzaro-Leiss Inc. in the 7200 block of Golden Ring Road by someone who entered by breaking a lock between Friday and Monday.

* BURGLARY: Garrison Precinct -- A backpack, a bike valued at $500 and a small sum of money were stolen from an outdoor storage shed in the 100 block of Old Crossing Drive Monday.

* BURGLARY: Garrison Precinct -- Someone entered a townhouse in the 3600 block of Paskin Place sometime before Monday and stole $1,000.
