Randallstown man injured in gunfire

July 31, 1994|By From Staff Reports

A 21-year-old Randallstown man was in critical condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center and another Randallstown man has been charged after a shooting late Friday.

The incident apparently involved a quarrel between a spurned lover and his former girlfriend, Baltimore County police said.

Police found Heath L. Anshel of the 9000 block of Allenwood Road injured in the front seat of his car at Montrose Manor Court in Catonsville about 11:40 p.m.

Mr. Anshel had been shot in the abdomen and arm, police said.

Police said that a man went to a Montrose Manor Court apartment and confronted a woman, then got into an argument with her and another man. The two men left and got into their cars, then one rammed the other's car, got out and fired five shots through the driver's-side window, police reported.

Police yesterday charged Sergey Setlonok, 25, of the 8600 block of Woodspring Road with attempted murder.

He was being held in the Wilkens Precinct lockup yesterday.
