POLICE

* Westminster: A resident of West Main Street reported to city police that someone scratched the driver's door of her car while it was parked in front of her house Tuesday. She estimated the damage at $200.

A Sykesville resident told police someone stole the hubcaps from his car while it was parked at the 140 Village Shopping Center on Monday. The loss is estimated at $200.

An official of Duke's Car Wash on Sullivan Avenue reported that someone did an undetermined amount of damage to a soda machine Saturday.

FIRE

* Westminster: Firefighters from the Westminster station responded to a report of wires down on Airport Drive at Route 97 at 7:17 a.m. yesterday. They were out for 28 minutes.

Engines from Westminster responded to clean up at the site of an accident in the 100 block of Pennsylvania Ave. at 6:10 a.m. yesterday. They were out for 19 minutes.
