Activities for children will be offered every Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in July and August at Winterthur Museum in Winterthur, Del. Activities are geared to children ages 4 to 8 and include a Touch-It Room where they can play with 18th- and 19th-century toys and utensils; story time; a craft project; gallery hunts, in which children will search for objects pictured on a flyer; and outdoor 18th- and 19th-century games. Activities are free with the purchase of a general admission ticket, which costs $7 for adults (free admission to one adult when accompanied by a child under 12); $5 for students and senior citizens; $3 for ages 5 to 11; free for children under 4.
