CHARGED: Northeastern District -- Someone stole four wicker chairs, cushions, two potted ferns and other items, all valued at more than $800, from the porch of a home in the 3300 block of Hillen Road over the weekend.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Patio furniture valued at nearly $200 was stolen from the outside of a house in the 1600 block of E. 32nd St. Monday.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1991 Chrysler convertible with Texas tags DSC42T was stolen from the 2600 block of Maryland Ave. Monday.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 800 block of Montpelier St. through a window Monday and stole two TVs valued at more than $1,000.

SHOOTING: Woodlawn Precinct -- A 26-year-old resident of the Clark Manor Apartments in the 2000 block of Woodlawn Drive was listed in critical condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after she was shot in the stomach while asleep Monday night. Around 9 p.m., a 15-year-old resident of an adjoining apartment was in his uncle's bedroom, which adjoins the victim's bedroom, and was handling a 9mm handgun he found in his uncle's apartment when he squeezed the trigger to see if the gun was loaded. The gun discharged, sending a bullet through the apartment wall and striking the woman as she slept. Police said that the shooting appeared to be accidental and that the incident remained under investigation.

ROBBERY: White Marsh Precinct -- A 13-year-old Essex boy was riding his bike at the Golden Ring Mall when an older youth shoved him to the pavement and stole the bike, valued at $200.

BURGLARY: North Point Precinct -- Someone entered a garage in the 8500 block of Sandy Plains Road over the weekend and stole a power sprayer, generator, paint sprayer, impact wrench and two cases of soft drinks, all valued at nearly $1,500.

ARSON TRY: North Point Precinct -- Police were seeking a man who attempted to set fire to his brother's house in the 7600 block of Dunmanway Monday night by pouring kerosene on the outside of the dwelling. The suspect fled when his brother came out of the house and approached him.
