That the two Koreas will meet at the summit is good news. What they say there may not be.

Glendening and Bentley are the front-runners. Whoever doesn't like it had better toss a hat in the ring or forever keep silent.

There's continuity between current and past city school administrations. Firing teachers in June in order to bring them back demoralized in September is an old tradition.

Things are getting rough when a penny won't buy a yen.
