CART -- Fined IndyCar driver Michael Andretti $1,000 because of incident with track police before Sunday's Miller Genuine Draft 200 in Milwaukee. An officer at the State Fair Park track stopped Andretti as the driver rode a scooter on a walkway where motorized vehicles aren't permitted, and witnesses said the officer threatened at one point to take Andretti into custody.
