POLICE

* Westminster: A Union Bridge resident told city police that someone entered her auto while it was parked on Uniontown Road in Westminster and stole personal property valued at $70 on Wednesday.

* Mexico: A resident of Allan Way told state police someone pried open the door of a shed on his property and stole a Coleman generator, two circular saws, a table saw and a drill Monday. He estimated the theft at $1,250.

FIRE

* Westminster: Westminster and Reese firefighters were dispatched to investigate a report of a fire alarm sounding in a building on Hahn Road at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. Units were out for 33 minutes.
