BALTIMORE CITY

* THEFT/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a man who attempted to leave the Farm Fresh store at Mondawmin Mall Monday without paying for beverage items.

* THEFT: Southern District -- Property valued at $300 was stolen from a Geo Storm parked in the 800 block of Jeffrey St. overnight Sunday.

* BURGLARY: Southern District -- A TV, VCR, food and stereo equipment, valued at nearly $600, were stolen from a house in the 600 block of Ramsay St. Monday.

* ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of the 2000 block of St. Paul St. was in the 100 block of S. Arlington St. over the weekend when he was attacked by a man who stole his property.

* STOLEN CAR: Southern District -- A 1985 Buick with Maryland tags WME 892 was stolen from the 1700 block of W. Lombard St. over the weekend.

* ROBBERY: Central District -- A resident of the 1900 block of Walbrook Ave. was in the 300 block of N. Paca St. Monday when two men assaulted and robbed him of cash and medication exceeding $100.

* THEFT: Central District -- Property valued at nearly $200 was stolen from a car parked in the 200 block of Key Highway Monday.

* THEFT: Central District -- A house in the 300 block of Park Ave. was broken into Monday and $100 stolen.

* ASSAULT: Central District -- A resident of the 900 block of W. Saratoga St. was near his home Monday when he was attacked by a man who struck him with an unspecified hard object for no apparent reason. The victim was not seriously injured.

* ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A gunman robbed Mark's Crown station in the 6200 block of Belair Road Monday.

* THEFT/ARREST: Northeastern District -- A man was arrested Monday when he attempted to leave the Giant food market in the 5100 block of Sinclair Lane without paying for items valued at more than $100.

* THEFT: Northeastern District-- Two speakers and $40 were stolen from a car parked in the 4200 block of Erdman Ave. Monday.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone broke into a house in the 1500 block of Sheffield Road overnight Sunday and stole jewelry and stereo equipment, valued at nearly $2,200.

* THEFT/ARREST: Northeastern District -- Police arrested a man who attempted to leave the Farm Fresh store in the 2400 block of Belair Road Monday without paying for diapers valued at more than $7.

* ARSON: Northeastern District -- Someone set fire to the awning of a house in the 3300 block of Parklawn Ave. Monday, causing about $2,000 worth of damage.

* PURSE SNATCH: Northwestern District -- A woman was waiting for a bus in the 2700 block of Kirk Ave. Monday when a teen-age girl stole her purse containing cash and property, all of unknown value.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Someone broke into a vehicle in the 1700 block of Lakeside Ave. overnight Sunday and stole a chain saw and hedge cutter, valued at nearly $300.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Tools valued at more than $800 were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 1500 block of Lakeside Ave. Monday.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* BANK ROBBERY: Woodlawn Precinct -- A man who implied he had a handgun robbed the Household Bank in the 1700 block of Rolling Road Monday afternoon. After standing in line for several minutes, the man approached a teller and gave her a note demanding 10-, 20- and 50-dollar bills. He told the teller not to give him a dye pack and not to press any alarm buttons. After the teller gave the man an undisclosed sum of money, he placed it in a blue and red duffel bag and ran from the bank.

* CHURCH BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- Someone entered Arnolia United Methodist Church in the 1700 block of E. Joppa Road through an unlocked door over the weekend and stole a VCR and other property, valued at nearly $1,400.

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- A clock and computer equipment, valued at nearly $1,000, were stolen

from a portable classroom at Loch Raven Senior High School in the 1200 block of Cowpens Road over the weekend.

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- Two houses under construction in the 8600 block of Marburg Manor were broken into over the weekend. Taken from one house was more than $2,000 worth of wall-to-wall carpeting, a chandelier valued at more than $250 and a post head lamp valued at $65. From the other house, a dishwasher valued at more than $400, a garbage disposal valued at $40 and a gas range valued at more than $500 were stolen.

* ROBBERY: Garrison Precinct -- A deliveryman for Domino's pizza in the 11600 block of Reisterstown Road in the Cherry Valley Shopping Center was in the 400 block of Shirley Manor Road Monday when three men, one with a knife, robbed him of at least one pizza and an undisclosed sum of money.

* BURGLARY: Garrison Precinct -- Someone entered three condomimiums under construction in the 4200 block of Pinefield Court in Randallstown between March 17 and May 16 and stole property valued at more than $2,000.

* STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- A 1992 Acura with Maryland tags ZCE 513 was stolen from the 2900 block of Smith Ave. Monday.

* STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- Someone stole a 1994 Dodge Shadow with Maryland tags AYA 366 from the 4600 block of Debilen Circle Monday.

HARFORD COUNTY

* THEFT: Joppatowne -- Someone stole all four chrome wheel covers from a 1983 Ford Escort while the vehicle was parked in the 600 block of Harborside Drive Monday. The wheel covers were valued at $100.
