Towson nails Loch Raven, 14-3

Seniors Spencer Ford (five goals) and Dan Ross (four goals) led No. 6 Towson to a 14-3 win over visiting Loch Raven in a Class 1A-2A South Region semifinal boys lacrosse game yesterday.

* Annapolis 15, North County 4: Eric Morgan scored five goals and Scott Regina added four assists as No. 8 Annapolis defeated host North County in 3A-4A South Region semifinal game.

Morgan Hurt won 14 of 17 faceoffs for Annapolis.

* Catonsville 14, Pikesville 2: Tom Carey and Kris Lindh combined for eight goals to lead host Catonsville over Pikesville in a Class 1A-2A South Region game.

* Dulaney 22, Dundalk 4: Senior attackmen Dan Sherwood (eight goals) and Matt Steil (two goals and 11 assists) led No. 14 Dulaney over visiting Dundalk in a Class 3A-4A North Region game. Dundalk had four players score single goals.

* Forest Park 7, Cambridge (Dorchester) 6: Sophomore attack Sean Markley scored the game-winner 1:51 into overtime on an assist from James Heath in Class 1A-2A East action. Markley finished with a team-leading three goals.

* Glenelg 12, Atholton 9: Chris Cordisco, Chris Forespring and Conner Pett each had three goals to lead host Glenelg past Atholton in a 1A-2A West Region game.

* North Harford 11, Hereford 8: Junior Mike Murray scored four goals to led host North Harford past Hereford in a 1A-2A South Region semifinal game.

* C.Milton Wright 18, Queen Anne's 8: Brian King had four goals and six assists as C. Milton Wright defeated visiting Queen Anne's in a Class 3A-4A West Region game.

* Kent16, Northwestern 5: Martin Davis scored five goals and one assists to lead Kent in victory over host Northwestern in a Class 1A-2A East Region game.
