Milwaukee Brewers -- Placed SS Pat Listach on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 24, due to tendinitis in his left knee; activated P Doug Henry from the disabled list; optioned P Mark Kiefer to Triple-A New Orleans.

New York Yankees -- Placed C Matt Nokes on the 15-day DL with a broken bone in his right hand. Recalled IF Robert Eenhoorn from Triple-A Columbus. Signed C Bob Melvin to a minor-league contract with Columbus.

Philadelphia Phillies -- Activated P Tommy Greene off the DL. Designated P Roger Mason for assignment.
