BALTIMORE CITY

THEFT: Southwestern District -- A man entered the Blockbuster store in the 2400 block of Frederick Ave. Sunday and stole at least one tape.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Tools and a bicycle, valued at more than $1,100, were stolen from a storage shed in the 1000 block of Reverdy Road over the weekend.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Police were seeking a woman who broke into a house in the 800 block of Powers St. over the weekend and stole a TV, radio and calculator, all valued at more than $200.

* THEFT: Northern District -- Tools and golfing equipment, valued at nearly $1,700, were stolen from the rear porch of a house in the 3600 block of Roland Ave. between Thursday and Sunday.

* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the first block of N. Kossuth St. was leaving Forest Park High School in the 3700 block of Eldorado Ave. Saturday night when she was assaulted by several girls who stole her coat.

* THEFT: Northwestern District -- Someone stole all four tires and wheels from a car parked in the 2700 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway Saturday.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* ROBBERY/ARREST: Essex District -- Police arrested a man Sunday and charged him with robbing a cabdriver at Maryland and Delaware avenues Sunday night. The man also was charged with robbing a second cabdriver last week not far from Sunday's robbery. Police said Sunday's victim was stopped at Maryland and Delaware avenues about midnight Sunday when a passenger grabbed the driver around the neck and robbed him of more than $100 before fleeing. After receiving information about a suspect, police entered a nearby bar and arrested a man in connection with the robbery. Charged with robbing two cabbies and being held pending a bail hearing is James G. Finneyfrock, 30, of the first block of Chandell Road.

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville District -- Someone broke into a garage in the 11700 block of Mayfair Field Drive last week and stole a mountain bicycle valued at $400.

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville District -- Welding equipment, an air compressor and other property valued at nearly $2,000 were stolen from a garage in the 20900 block of Keeney Mill Road Friday or Saturday.
