Florida Marlins -- Announced that P Jeff Mutis has cleared waivers and outrighted him to Triple-A Edmonton.

New York Mets -- Announced that P Pete Schourek had been waived and was claimed by the Cincinnati Reds. Recalled P Doug Linton from Triple-A Norfolk.

Basketball

Boston Celtics -- Signed G Todd Lichti to a second 10-day contract.

Minnesota Timberwolves -- Placed C Stacey King on the injured list and actived G Stanley Jackson.

Sacramento Kings -- Announced that G-F Walt Williams will miss the remainder of the season because of a sprain of his lower right leg.

College

Collegiate Track Conference -- Added Allentown College to its membership.

Northeast Conference -- Announced that it will add women's soccer beginning in the fall of 1995.

Auburn -- Named Eugene Harris, Robbie Laing and Carl Nash men's assistant basketball coaches.

Belhaven -- Announced the resignation of men's soccer coach Peter Fuller to become soccer coach and assistant athletic director at Houghton College.

Boston University -- Named Dennis Wolff, an assistant basketball coach at Virginia the past four years, coach.

Brandeis -- Announced the resignation of men's track and cross country coach Norm Levine.

Cincinnati -- Freshman F Dontonio Wingfield announced he will declare himself eligible for the NBA draft.

Iowa State -- Named Tommie Liggins running backs coach.

Louisville -- Announced that it has accepted an invitation to join the Mid-American Conference as an affiliate member in field hockey.

Pratt -- Named Duane Adams interim strength and conditioning coach.

NFL -- Named Gary Gertzog vice president-general counsel of NFL Properties.

Arizona Cardinals -- Signed DB Fred Robertson.

Buffalo Bills -- Agreed to terms with WR Steve Tasker on a three-year contract.

Dallas Cowboys -- Signed FB Daryl Johnston to a three-year contract. Agreed to terms with G Nate Newton.

Indianapolis Colts -- Came to terms with free-agent QB Jim Harbaugh and released Jack Trudeau.

Miami Dolphins -- Waived C Kevin Brothen.

New York Jets -- Signed DL Paul Frase.

San Diego Chargers -- Signed OT Stan Brock to a two-year contract and TE Duane Young to a three-year contract.

Las Vegas Posse -- Signed DB Scott Winters and DE Derrell Robertson.

Ottawa Rough Riders (CFL) -- Signed LB Darryl Hardy to a two-year contract.

Shreveport Pirates (CFL) -- Signed OL Christian Camera and RB Walter Dean.
