BALTIMORE CITY

* ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 3000 block of Clifton Park Ave. was in the 5900 block of Moravia Park Drive Thursday when a man robbed her of $35.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A driver for the Diamond cab company in the 3500 block of Ashburton St. was robbed of nearly $40 by a gunman in the 4600 block of Old Frederick Road Thursday.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 3800 block of Cranston Ave. through a rear kitchen door Wednesday or Thursday and stole six chairs, a TV, stereo equipment and a patio set, all valued at nearly $8,000.

* ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A resident of the 7800 block of Camp Road in Pasadena, Anne Arundel County, was in the 300 block of S. Conkling St. Thursday when a man robbed him of property of unknown value.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 5700 block of Northwood Road was walking near his home Wednesday when a gunman robbed him of more than $40. During the robbery, the victim and the gunman became involved in a brief struggle. No injuries were reported in the incident.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a home in the 2500 block of Shirley Ave. through a rear door Wednesday and stole a VCR valued at $200.

* BURGLARY/ARREST: Northern District -- Police responding to a burglary in progress Thursday morning at the China Star restaurant in the 5300 block of York Road arrested a man who attempted to enter through a window. An employee spotted the man climbing through the window and called the police.

* ARSON: Western District -- Someone entered a vacant rowhouse in the 900 block of Whitmore Ave. early today and set fire to debris on each floor.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* STOLEN CAR: North Point Precinct -- A gray 1985 Ford Tempo with Maryland tags ZMZ 944 was stolen from the 1600 block of Four Georges Court Thursday.

* BURGLARY: North Point Precinct -- Someone entered a garage in the 1900 block of Robinwood Road Thursday and stole between $50 and $100 worth of meats from a freezer.

* STOLEN CAR: Parkville Precinct -- A red 1986 Ford Tempo with Maryland tags 750 AAM and valued at $3,000 was stolen from the first block of Eagles Way Thursday.

* STOLEN VEHICLE: Cockeysville Precinct -- A white 1988 Jeep Wagoneer with Maryland handicap tags 63277 was stolen from the 200 block of Lord Byron Lane Wednesday or Thursday.
