Outlook: The Bullets are 19-49, tied for the third-worst record in the league. They dropped their eighth straight Saturday night, to New Jersey, 103-100. C Kevin Duckworth had a career-high seven blocks. Rookie G Calbert Cheaney had 17 points in his first game back after missing the previous 16 games with a heel injury. The Magic (40-28) dropped nine games behind the Atlantic Division-leading Knicks after falling to New York, 111-90, at home on Sunday. Orlando, the second-best shooting team in the NBA, made only 43 percent of its shots and 52 percent of its free throws against the Knicks. C Shaquille O'Neal is tied for the league lead in scoring (29.1). Rookie G Anfernee Hardaway is second on the Magic in scoring (15.4).
