The New Homes column in Sunday's Real Estate section listed an incorrect telephone number for Williamsburg Builders at The Paddocks at Ryehill Farm in Mount Airy. The correct number is (301) 831-0000.

1. The Paddocks At Ryehill Farm in Mount Airy in Carroll County recently opened its second section, where GYC Builders, H. R. Jenkins, Rylea Homes and Williamsburg Builders are building 88 homes on 2- and 3-acre lots. The developer is Jim Ryan, whose farmland is being used for the development.

FOR THE RECORD - CORRECTION

Unlike most developments, where each builder has his own lots, buyers at The Paddocks can select a lot and have a home built by any of the four companies.

Each builder has a furnished model open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Take I-695 to I-70 North to the Mount Airy exit (Route 27 North) and go about 2 1/2 miles to the community on the right.

GYC Builders

GYC is building two different houses: the Huntington House, with a base price of $315,000; and the Country Manor House, with 3,100 square feet of living space and a starting price of $360,000.

You enter the Country Manor House through a 10-by-11-foot, two-story foyer. A 14-by-14-foot living room with an adjacent 16-by-12-foot solarium is on the left and a 13-by-10-foot library is on the left.

H.R. Jenkins

The newest Jenkins home is the Carrington, a 2,800-square-foot Colonial home with a base price of $285,000. You enter through an oak-floored, two-story foyer. The 12-by-17-foot living room and the 12-by-14-foot dining room are set off by columns.

A 20-by-14-foot family room and a powder room are also on the first floor. The second floor has a 16-by-14-foot master bedroom with cathedral ceiling, three more bedrooms, two full baths and a plant shelf in the upper foyer.

Rylea Homes

The Bally O'Riain is a Colonial home with 3,300 square feet of finished living space and a starting price of $422,490. The entry foyer leads to a 13-by-15-foot living room on the left, a 12-by-15-foot dining room on the right and a 15-by-19-foot family room straight ahead.

The Alexander Page has a starting price of $347,000 for 2,750-square-feet of living space. A living room, library and two-car garage occupy the front of the first floor. The rear houses a dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room, powder room and family room.
