Outlook: The Bullets dropped their seventh straight Thursday night, losing to Boston in overtime, 123-117. Rookie G Calbert Cheaney will be back in uniform tonight after missing the past 16 games with a heel injury. C/F Pervis Ellison will spend the next four games on the injured list. The Bullets trail their series with the Nets, 2-1, winning in New Jersey on Jan. 11, 115-100. The Nets, who beat Chicago last night, hold the eighth and last Eastern Conference playoff spot. F Derrick Coleman leads the team in scoring (20.4), rebounding (11.6) and blocked shots (1.9). G Kenny Anderson is averaging 19.1 points and 9.5 assists.
