* RAPE: Northwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who forced a 14-year-old girl into his car as she walked along Chelsea Terrace Tuesday and took her to an alley behind the 3400 block of Oakfield Ave., where he raped her. Police believe the same man was driving in the 3400 block of Chelsea Terrace less than an hour earlier when he forced a 15-year-old girl into his car and drove off. However, the man released the girl when she had an asthma attack. Two different cars were used in the incidents, but the same tags, Maryland TPH 807, were on both vehicles. Police said the cars and the tags were stolen.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Cash and a computer game, all valued at nearly $900, were stolen Tuesday or Wednesday from a house in the 4400 block of Franconia Drive.

* STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1985 Mazda with Maryland TC tags YRK 256 was stolen Tuesday or Wednesday from the 1000 block of Woodson Road.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 700 block of McCabe Ave. was in the 4500 block of The Alameda Tuesday when a man with a knife robbed her of her wallet, $10 and a pager.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 5700 block of The Alameda was about to enter his home Wednesday when a man armed with a handgun robbed him of his wallet and $40.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 1800 block of Eagle St. of $5 in the 1600 block of Edmondson Ave. Wednesday.

* STOLEN CAR: Western District -- A 1989 Pontiac Grand Am with Maryland tags WYF 518 and owned by a resident of the 2200 block of Penrose Ave. was stolen from the 200 block of N. Bentalou St. Wednesday.

* ROBBERY: Southern District -- Police were seeking a man who choked a resident of the 1700 block of Hollins St. and robbed him of $19 Tuesday near the victim's home.

* ROBBERY: Southern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed the H&H Deli in the 100 block of S. Calhoun St. of more than $100 Wednesday.


* STOLEN CAR: Cockeysville District -- A 1988 Chevrolet Cavalier with Maryland tags VFW 4924 was stolen Tuesday or Wednesday from the 300 block of Lord Byron Lane. The car was valued at $4,000.

* STOLEN CAR: Cockeysville District -- Someone stole a black 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier with Maryland tags WFZ 617 Tuesday or Wednesday from the 600 block of Knollcrest Place.
