ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1500 block of W. Lafayette Ave. was in the 600 block of N. Fulton Ave. Monday when a man placed a hard object in her back and robbed her of a portable compact disc player.

STOLEN CAR: Western District -- A 1988 Chevrolet with Maryland tags AAX 19e was stolen from the 1500 block of Mulberry St. Monday. A suspect was arrested.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered a house in the 1100 block of N. Carrollton Ave. through a window Tuesday and stole a TV and stereo equipment, all valued at $400.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 800 block of N. Belnord Ave. was in the 800 block of N. Arlington Ave. Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $45.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 2500 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway was in the 4100 block of Loyola Southway Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $50.

THEFT: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 4200 block of Fairview Ave. between February 21 and March 21 and stole $200.

THEFT: Northwestern District -- Someone entered the Progressive Day Nursery in the 3200 block of Garrison Boulevard Tuesday and stole a purse belonging to an employee containing cash and property, all valued at more than $200.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- A 13-inch TV, VCR and other items, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a house in the 3700 block of Park Heights Ave. Tuesday.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A deliveryman for Swartz & Sons in the 2900 block of Whittington Ave. was standing outside his truck Tuesday in the 3200 block of Greenmount Ave. when a man robbed him of more than $200.

ASSAULT: Northern District -- An 11-year-old resident of the 400 block of Federal St. was in the 1300 block of W. 36th St. Tuesday when an older youth pointed what appeared to be a handgun at him.

Baltimore County

BURGLARY: White Marsh Precinct -- Someone entered a house in the first block of Milden Court through a side door Tuesday and stole property valued at $70.

BURGLARY: White Marsh Precinct -- More than $100 was stolen from a house in the 100 block of Wampler Road in Wampler Village Tuesday by someone who entered through a sliding glass door.
