* Westminster: A resident of Whispering Meadows Court told city police somebody stole her 1990 Buick LaSabre from a church parking lot in the first block of Cranberry Road on Monday. The owner was not able to furnish police with the value of the vehicle.

A resident of Brehm Road told city police someone stole the toolbox from his vehicle while he was at a convenience store on East Main Street on Saturday. He estimated the loss at $600.

William E. Sealover, 36, of the 2500 block of Hanover Pike was treated at Carroll County General Hospital and released after he fell from a ladder at the State Highway Administration facility in the 100 block of Wyndtryst Drive about 1 p.m. Monday.

James M Foster of the 800 block of View West Drive told state police someone stole his 1994 Yamaha motorcycle from his house Sunday. The bike was valued at $2,000.
