Outlook: The Spirit has a three-game lead in the NPSL's American Division with seven games left. For the Spirit, this is the second of five straight games on the road, where it is 7-8. In the teams' only previous meeting, Jan. 29 in Baltimore, the Spirit won, 17-12, as Goran Hunjak scored a team-record 11 points. Baltimore is 3-0 lifetime against Kansas City and 6-0 against Missouri teams (3-0 vs. the St. Louis Ambush.) NPSL defending champion Kansas City is last in the National Division and has dropped three straight, but is 9-7 at home. The Attack is led by Jon Parry and Kevin Koetters, Nos. 8 and 9 in the NPSL points race with 132 and 123, respectively.
