BALTIMORE CITY

* STOLEN CAR: Southern District -- A 1984 Chevrolet with Maryland tags VYD 043 was stolen from the 1400 block of Birckhead St. Tuesday or yesterday.

* ABDUCTION/RAPE: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who abducted a woman at gunpoint Tuesday and forced her into a house in the 3300 block of Edmondson Ave., where she was raped. The woman was treated at Mercy Medical Center.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 4300 block of Seminole Ave. was in the 4500 block of Edmondson Ave. Monday when a man robbed him of $100 while threatening to harm him.

* THEFT: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 3000 block of Belmont Ave. Tuesday and stole more than $100.

* ASSAULT: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who attempted to run down a woman in the 3300 block of S. Smallwood St. with his car Tuesday and then pointed a handgun at her.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 5800 block of Daybreak Terrace was walking toward her car in the 400 block of E. Belvedere Ave. Tuesday when a gunman robbed her of her purse, containing cash and property valued at more than $100.

* THEFT: Northern District -- A white, 26-inch mountain bike valued at $500 was stolen from a house in the 800 block of W. 38th St. between Saturday and Monday.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 1000 block of St. Dunstans Road Monday or Tuesday after breaking a window in the kitchen door and stole a microwave oven, videocassette recorder and video game, all valued at nearly $900.

* THEFT: Northern District -- A 30-foot extension ladder, valued at $300, was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 3600 block of Chestnut Ave. Tuesday.

* ASSAULT: Northern District -- A teen-age resident of the 500 block of Winston Ave. was in the 5100 block of Kenilworth Ave. Tuesday when he was attacked by several youths who struck him with their fists and tree branches. The victim was treated at Union Memorial Hospital for facial cuts and other injuries.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2600 block of Springhill Ave. through a second-story window and stole property valued at $800.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- A videocassette recorder and a 35mm camera, all valued at more than $300, were stolen from a house in the 700 block of Lake Drive Tuesday by someone who may have entered with a key.

* SHOOTING: Western District -- An out-of-town resident was in the 2300 block of Orem Ave. Tuesday when a gunman shot him in the left side. The victim was treated at Sinai Hospital.

* BURGLARY: Western District -- Copper tubing valued at $700 was stolen from a house in the 1000 block of Ashburton St. between March 9 and Tuesday.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* SCHOOL BURGLARY: North Point District -- Someone entered Dundalk Senior High School in the 1900 block of Delvale Ave. Tuesday after breaking a rear office window and stole a microwave oven, a computer printer and a computer monitor, all valued at nearly $500.

* STOLEN CAR: Parkville District -- A gray 1990 Pontiac Grand Am with Maryland tags XSZ 190 and valued at $13,500 was stolen from the 7600 block of Belair Road Tuesday.

* STOLEN VEHICLE: Parkville District -- Someone stole a white and blue 1993 Yamaha motorcycle with Maryland tags from the 2200 block of Whitcomb Circle Tuesday.

* BURGLARY: Towson District -- Someone entered a house in the 500 block of Castle Drive Tuesday and stole $10 from the dining room.

* BURGLARY: Garrison District -- A safe containing a small sum of money was stolen from a house in the 1200 block of Gore Mill Road Tuesday by someone who entered through an unlocked patio door.
