SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- A man whose address was not immediately available was running away from a gunman in the 4700 block of Gwynn Oak Ave. Monday night when he was shot in the neck and back. The victim was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 2900 block of Sulgrave Ave. was in the 5400 block of Park Heights Ave. Sunday when a gunman robbed him of two rings, his wallet and cash, all valued at nearly $300.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 3700 block of Oakmont Ave. through a rear door Sunday or Monday and stole property valued at $900.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Property valued at nearly $1,200 was stolen from a house in the 3600 block of Cottage Ave. Sunday or Monday by someone who entered through a rear door.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered Stadium Exxon in the 500 block of E. 33rd St. Sunday after breaking a window and stole $35 worth of cigarettes and candy.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1990 Honda with Maryland tags 467 ALS was stolen from the 5900 block of Falls Road Sunday or Monday.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered the maintenance shop at Brentwood Apartments in the 400 block of E. 25th St. Monday and stole a telephone, vacuum cleaner and computer equipment, all valued at nearly $1,000.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- A compact disc player, camera and clothing, all valued at nearly $1,300, were stolen from a house in the 4000 block of Oswego Ave. Sunday by someone who broke a front window.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1989 AMC with Maryland tags SRZ 728 was stolen from the 2800 block of Edgecombe Circle North Sunday or Monday.

THEFT: Northern District -- Four tires and rims, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a 1987 Chevrolet parked on the lot at Ed Rogers Used Cars Inc. in the 500 block of E. 25th St. over the weekend.

BURGLARY: Western District -- An electrical panel box and 50 sheets of wallboard were stolen from a vacant house in the 1000 block of Sarah Ann St. between Feb. 28 and Monday.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 5500 block of Price Ave. was inside a house in the 200 block of N. Mount St. Monday when her coat, valued at $300, was stolen.
