* BURGLARY/ARRESTS: Northeastern District -- Police arrested four teen-age boys after they entered Dominic's Hair Studio in the 4600 block of Harford Road Sunday. After being charged, all were released to the custody of their parents pending action by juvenile authorities.

* ASSAULT: Northeastern District -- Police were seeking a man who cut a resident of the 5100 block of Cedgate Road with a razor blade at the victim's home Sunday.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 500 block of S. Paca St. was changing a flat tire in the 3300 block of Bloomingdale Road on Sunday when he was robbed of money by two men. The men also robbed two passengers of the car of their property and money.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A man who implied he had a gun robbed the High's dairy store in the 3700 block of Wilkens Ave. of $64 and several cartons of cigarettes Sunday.

* THEFT: Northern District -- Property valued at $700 was stolen from a car parked in the 5700 block of Chinquapin Parkway Sunday by someone who broke a window.

* ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of the 400 block of S. Gilmor St. was walking in the 800 block of W. Pratt St. Sunday when a gunman robbed him of his beeper, valued at $35.

* BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 4100 block of Westchester Road Saturday or Sunday and stole a VCR, jewelry and other property, all valued at nearly $1,000.

* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 6900 block of Glen Heights Road was in the 6800 block of Reisterstown Road Saturday when she was knocked to the pavement by a man who stole her purse containing cash and property.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 3200 block of Massachusetts Ave. was in the 1800 block of Edmondson Ave. Sunday when a man placed an unknown object in her back and robbed her of property valued at more than $100.

* CHURCH BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered the Bible Way Deliverance Baptist Church, in the 1300 block of W. Lafayette Ave., through a hole in the roof early Sunday morning. It was not immediately known what property was taken.

* THEFT: Western District -- A 12-inch TV valued at $200 was stolen from a car parked in the 300 block of N. Monroe St. Sunday.

* THEFT: Central District -- A purse and its contents, a cellular phone and a man's leather jacket, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a car parked in the 100 block of W. Eager St. Sunday by someone who broke a window.


* BURGLARY: Garrison Precinct -- Someone entered a home in the 3600 block of Forest Hill Road with a key Sunday and stole a VCR and TV valued at nearly $600. Police were seeking a suspect in the case.

* ROBBERY: Garrison Precinct -- A resident of the 6000 block of Lanette Road was waiting for a bus in the 500 block of Reisterstown Road Sunday when two men approached and robbed him of his wallet that contained an undisclosed sum of money.
