ABDUCTION/RAPE: Northwestern District -- A 15-year-old girl was waiting for a telephone call at an outside phone booth in the 3500 block of Rogers Ave. early Saturday morning when a man approached and asked if he could use the phone. When the girl stepped aside, the man grabbed her and forced her into a car while pressing what she believed was a gun in her back. After arriving in the 5500 block of Wesley Ave., the man raped the girl and then sodomized her. He then drove her to Powdermill Road and let her go. After reporting the incident to police, the girl was treated at Mercy Medical Center.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- An elderly resident of the 6200 block of Westbrook Road was robbed Sunday after answering a knock at her door. A man told her that he hadn't been paid for shoveling snow from the pavement. Before the woman could respond, the man forced his way in; stole her purse, containing cash and property all valued at nearly $300; and fled.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a home in the 5100 block of Cordelia Ave. through a rear door Sunday and stole $20.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Property of unknown value was stolen from the living room and a bedroom of an apartment in the 4100 block of Forest Park Ave. Sunday.

ASSAULT: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 300 block of E. Lafayette Ave. was in the 4300 block of Pimlico Road Saturday when a man known to her struck her with a baseball bat. The woman was treated at an area hospital for a possible broken arm.

ABDUCTION/RAPE: Western District -- A woman was walking in the alley behind the 1200 block of N. Gilmor St. Sunday evening when a man seated inside a car asked her if she had a match. When the woman stopped near the car, the man forced her inside the vehicle while placing a hard object in her back. After driving a short distance, the man sodomized the woman before robbing her of her purse. After being freed and reporting the incident, the woman was treated for minor injuries at a hospital.

ROBBERY TRY: Northern District -- A resident of Norwood Ave. was in the 800 block of Winston Ave. Sunday when four men, one with a handgun, exited a car and demanded his money. After one of the men searched the man's pockets and couldn't find any money, the gunman struck the victim with gun, knocking him to the ground. The men then drove away.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 1100 block of Montpelier St. through a rear kitchen door Saturday or Sunday and stole a suitcase containing an undisclosed sum of money.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1991 Acura Legend with Maryland tags ZAC 405 was stolen from the 2100 block of Carterdale Road Sunday.

ASSAULT: Southern District -- Police were seeking a man who threatened a female resident of the first block of S. Gittings St. with a knife at her home Saturday.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of Annapolis Road was in the 2800 block of Kent St. Sunday when three men, one with a handgun, robbed her of a purse containing cash and property, all valued at $15.

SHOOTING: Southern District -- A resident of the 3000 block of Auchentoroly Terrace was in the 1100 block of S. Charles St. early Sunday morning when a gunman shot him in the right hand. The guman escaped. The victim was treated at a hospital.

Baltimore County

BURGLARY: Parkville Precinct -- Someone entered the laundry room at the Perring Village Apartments in the 8400 block of Morven Road Sunday and stole an unknown sum of coins from the washers and dryers.

STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- A white 1991 Honda Accord with Maryland tags YRB 116 was stolen over the weekend from the first block of Pickersgill Court.

STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- Someone stole a dark blue 1994 Dodge Spirit with Maryland rental tags DR42891 from the first block of Warren Park Drive Friday or Saturday.
