* Hickory Ridge: 10800 block of Braeburn Road: Jewelry and a VCR were stolen from a home Thursday after someone broke in through a rear basement window.

10900 block of Little Patuxent Parkway: A $100 microwave oven was stolen from a storage room at Howard Community College on Wednesday.

7600 block of Blue Berry Hill: A range and refrigerator were stolen from a house under construction last Tuesday or Wednesday. The same kinds of appliances were stolen from another unfinished home during the same time period, police said.

* Harper's Choice: 12200 block of Green Meadow: A TV and a radio were stolen from a town house Wednesday night or Thursday by someone who pried open a rear window for entry, police said.

10800 block of Henley Court: A Burgundy 1990 Honda Accord with Maryland tags XYX105 was stolen Sunday or Monday.

* Town Center: 5500 block of Sterrett Place: A gray 1993 Acura with Maryland tags BBA844 was stolen Saturday.
