BURGLARY: Eastern District -- Someone forced open the rear door of a house in the 1800 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. Saturday evening and stole a television set and videocassette recorder, all valued at $479.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Eastern District -- A resident of the 1300 block of N. Chester St. claimed that she was riding in a cab about 8:30 p.m. Saturday when the driver became irate, forced her out of the vehicle at gunpoint in the 2000 block of E. Monument St. and drove off.

ASSAULT AND ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A resident of the 1800 block of E. Biddle St. was robbed of $180 by two men who approached him in the 1600 block of E. Preston St. about 9 p.m. Saturday. When he refused to give up a bracelet, one of the men shot him in the thigh. He was listed in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital yesterday, police said.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Someone kicked in the front door of a house in the 1800 block of Bolton St. Saturday night or yesterday morning and stole a laptop computer, stereo equipment, videocassette recorder, cordless phone and answering machine, all valued at $2,589.

STOLEN AUTO: Central District -- A 1993 two-door blue Ford that was parked in the 500 block of N. Charles St. was stolen between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Someone forced open the rear door of a house in the 2000 block of Linden Ave. between 8:30 p.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m. yesterday and stole a 20-inch General Electric color television and a Panasonic videocassette recorder, all valued at $500.

ARSON: Northwestern District -- Someone poured flammable liquid on the floor of a residence in the 3400 block of Mondawmin Ave. Saturday night and ignited it. The ensuing blaze caused damage estimated at $50,000. No one was injured.

ASSAULT AND ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A man approached a woman in the 4000 block of Pimlico Road about 4:15 p.m. Saturday, displayed a handgun and demanded money. He took a Walkman and headset valued at $30.

STOLEN AUTO: Northwestern District -- A gold 1990 four-door Oldsmobile with Maryland tags AFT-123 was stolen from the 4000 block of Boarman Ave. between Saturday afternoon and noon yesterday.

STOLEN AUTO: Northwestern District -- A white 1984 two-door Chrysler LeBaron with Maryland tags XMG-107 was stolen from the 3800 block of Park Heights Ave. between 9 a.m. and noon yesterday.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered the J & W Lounge in the 2500 block of W. Baltimore St. between 2:10 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. yesterday and stole $360 worth of property.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a house through the front door in the 3600 block of Rexmere Road on Saturday between 9:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. and removed property valued at $4,400.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a house through the front door in the 1200 block of E. 36th St. between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Sunday and stole $950 in currency.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone pried open the office door of the Renew Hope Christian Church in the 2500 block of Garrett Ave. about 10 p.m. Saturday and took a cassette player and a 35 mm camera.

STOLEN AUTO: Northeastern District -- A 1991 Mazda with Maryland tags WJZ-001 was stolen from the 1600 block of Walterswood Road between 8 p.m. Saturday and 9:45 a.m. yesterday.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone broke into the Scott Medical Clinic in the 500 block of Scott St. between Saturday evening and yesterday morning and stole $10,750 worth of property. Entry was gained by breaking a window.

YOKING: Southern District -- Someone grabbed a man in the 4000 block of 6th St. about 2:15 p.m. yesterday, began choking him and took $30 out of his pocket.

BURGLARY: Southern District: Someone entered a dwelling in the 3700 block of 10th St. between 3 p.m. Saturday and 12:15 a.m. yesterday and took two videocassette recorders valued at $509.
