California Angels -- Agreed to terms with 2B-3B Damion Easley on a one-year contract.Chicago Cubs -- Agreed to terms P Jim Bullinger and P Turk Wendell on one-year contracts.

Colorado Rockies -- Extended the contract of manager Don Baylor through the 1995 season.

Houston Astros -- Signed C Scott Servais to a one-year contract.

Montreal Expos -- Signed OF Larry Walker to a one-year $4,025,000 contract.

Indianapolis Indians (Triple-A) -- Signed IF-OF Frank Kremblas, C Greg Hammond, P John Burgos and P Rusty Kilgo.

Basketball

Charlotte Hornets -- Signed C Marty Conlon to a contract for the remainder of the season and C Tim Kempton to a second 10-day contract.

Cleveland Cavaliers -- Placed F Larry Nance on the injured list. Activated C Jay Guidinger from the injured list.

Big Eight Conference -- Announced that Texas and Texas Tech will join the conference effective no later than June 1, 1996.

Ohio Valley Conference -- Suspended Southeast Missouri State coach Ron Shumate for one game for criticizing the league and officials.

Duke -- Announced that Grant Hill's No. 33 will be retired in ceremonies before tomorrow's basketball game with Temple.

Fresno State -- Named Leon Burtnett defensive coordinator and secondary coach.

Ithaca -- Named Michael Welch football coach.

Maine -- Suspended AD Michael Ploszek for one week without pay after the school admitted to NCAA compliance violations.

Western Kentucky -- Extended the contract of football coach Jack Harbaugh four years.

Jacksonville Jaguars -- Hired former Boston College assistant coaches Fran Foley, Jerald Ingram and Randy Edsall.

Los Angeles Rams -- Defensive line coach Marv Goux retired.

San Diego Chargers -- Released S Floyd Fields and CB Brian Davis.

Hockey

Los Angeles Kings -- Assigned C Rob Murphy to IHL Phoenix.

Montreal Canadiens -- Signed free-agent D Bryan Fogarty.

Nashville Knights (ECHL) -- Acquired the rights to G Manon Rheaume, pro hockey's first female goalie, from IHL Atlanta. Playing for Knoxville, Atlanta's ECHL affiliate, Rheaume was 2-0-1 with a 4.17 GAA.

Lacrosse

New York Saints (MILL) -- Signed F Dan Donnelly. Placed F Seth Tierney on IR.

Soccer

Milwaukee Wave (NPSL) -- Signed D Tommy Isirov for the rest of the season.
