Hopkins in title game against F&M

ALLENTOWN, Pa. -- Johns Hopkins (20-5) advanced to the Centennial Conference title game with an 86-77 overtime win over Muhlenberg (14-11) in a semifinal last night.

The Blue Jays will visit Franklin & Marshall in Saturday's final.

Frank Grzywacz scored 30 points and Luke Busby added 16 for the Blue Jays, who shot 59 percent from the field in the second half as both teams went into overtime tied at 65.

Dennis Adams led Muhlenberg with 28 points.

* LANCASTER, Pa. -- Kevin DiCello hit the front end of a one-and-one with 47 seconds left, lifting Franklin & Marshall (24-1) over Washington College (13-12), 72-71, in the other Centennial semifinal.

Geoff Rupert and Charles Cummings each scored 17 to lead Washington.

Junior center Charlie Detz led Franklin & Marshall with a game-high 22 points and 10 rebounds. Dave Jannetta had 21 points.
