As the result of incorrect information received from an official of the Citizens for a Planned Stadium in Laurel, The Sun inaccurately reported yesterday the number of petition signatures gathered by that group. CPSL has gathered 1,000 petition signatures. The Redskins organization had previously gathered 5,000 signatures.

The Sun regrets the error.
