Amid the brutality and chaos of the siege of Sarajevo, it's citizens survive one day at a time, hoping to elude death in the ruins of their noble and ancient city. The withdrawal of Serbian artillery that has menaced them for almost two-years would bring a welcome respite. But Sarajevans already have proved themselves an enduring people. This photograph of the Sarajevo Chamber Quartet, and others (page 24A) taken by The Sun's Michael Lutzky over a period of several weeks in Sarajevo illustrate the resolve of many Sarajevans to keep on living.
