ROBBERY: Central District -- A man was walking near his home in the 200 block of W. Lafayette Ave. Thursday afternoon when he was shoved to the pavement by a man who robbed him of his wallet and more than $200.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A gunman robbed West Coast Video in the 5400 block of Belair Road of an undisclosed sum of money Wednesday. After entering the store and brandishing a handgun, the gunman went behind the counter, took money from a cash register and fled.

RAPE: Northeastern District -- Police arrested two men in connection with the rape Thursday of a woman inside a house in the 1700 block of Gorsuch Ave. During the incident, the woman was beaten in the face and stomach. After reporting the incident, the woman was taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment of injuries. The men were held at the station pending formal charges and a bail hearing.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 5700 block of Plainfield Ave. was about to enter her apartment building Wednesday when a man struck her in the face and stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $30.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered an apartment in the 5000 block of Denview Way through the front door Thursday and stole property valued at nearly $800.

CUTTING/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a teen-age girl and charged her as a juvenile with cutting another ++ child in the left arm with a knife during an incident Wednesday in the 1500 block of Baker St.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1800 block of Mosher St. was in the 1000 block of Mosher St. Wednesday when two females robbed her of jewelry valued at $150.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered a house in the 2500 block of Riggs Ave. through a rear window Tuesday or Wednesday and stole stereo equipment, a phone and a computer, all valued at more than $500.

Baltimore County

THEFT: Parkville District -- While two women were at the Putty Hill Shopping Center in the 7900 block of Harford Road Thursday night, someone entered their car and stole property valued at more than $1,000 from the trunk. Police said the thief entered the 1987 Toyota Camry by using a tool to unlock a door. Once inside, the thief removed the rear seat and reached into the trunk. Taken were two purses, a calculator, eyeglasses, a diamond ring, a necklace, and other items.

HARFORD COUNTY

BURGLARY: Edgewood -- Someone entered the bedroom of a house in the 1500 block of Charlestown Drive Wednesday through the attic and stole property valued at nearly $500.
