Man, 22, arrested in October break-in

A 22-year-old man was being held on $20,000 bond yesterday after he was arrested and charged with breaking into a New Windsor house in October.

Charles Billings of the first block of Charles St. in Westminster is charged with stealing a 12-gauge shotgun, a .22-caliber pistol and a machete-type knife from the home of John Hammond on Oct. 4.

Tfc. Phillip L. Henry, resident trooper for New Windsor and Union Bridge, arrested the former Taneytown resident on Wednesday, according to District Court records.
